...finishing the January Let it Snow pillow...

...I just took a bed pillow (rather misshapen and lumpy actually)...

...and cut off the top portion that didn't fit into the pillow...

...seamed around three sides...and left the bottom open...got some buttons out of my stash...

...and just sewed those along one side of the bottom...no need to make any buttonholes...as the buttons will slip through the openings in the single crochet...and stay quite snugly...

...and here's the pillow on the porch...on my old piano bench...

...I'm really happy with the way it turned out...and I can't wait to start the February pillow...

...I'm really happy with it and I can't wait to get it finished and filled and on the front porch...

...now you can back the pillow with anything you want...just fabric...

...or wait until February and back it with another themed pillow...

...but if you want a plain crocheted back...just repeat the pattern without any colours...
