...well the December pillow is finished and on the porch...

...I took a few photos...this one without flash...it's kind of gloomy on the porch...

...and this one with flash...shows the silver of the star a little bit better...

...overall...I'm really happy with how it turned out...

...just starting the star...I'm using one strand of white and some silver thread (sewing thread)...two strands...just held with the white...I thought some sparkle might be nice on the star...not sure it's really very visible though...
